Who needs a Chain??

This is a little tribute to my husband whose chain broke during LOTOJA this year.. I cried.. I don't know why it wasn't me that has suffered and trained for the @$#*@ bike race. His best friend Kent won the WHOLE race in 9 hrs and 14 minutes.. Way to go Kent. And in the words of Landon "that sucks that dads chain broke!" (these pics are from 2007)

Take me out to the ball game

Here is Kole playing T-Ball. The team name is the OWLZ!! Since I took these pictures he now hits from the coaches pitch.. No more T for him.. He even tries to slide into home plate its so funny. He wants to be like his older brother Landon. When we were driving home from his game that other night Kole said " Mom I ran 2 bases and they didn't make me go back." They are only supposed to run 1. He thought he was so clever.

How cute are these two stinkers? They have been such troopers with all the baseball games we have been at every week. But I am sure if they could choose they would rather be outside running around than in the house.. Its so nice now that it is finally warm and feels like summer.

Happy 2nd Birthday Hadley and Haiden!!!

Two years tomorrow I gave birth to two beautiful babies.. Although my life has dramatically changed doubling my kids in 2 minutes it really has been fun. They are such good babies each with different personalities and disposistions. Hadley is definatly a girl with her fire alarm screams and her tender feelings. But most the time she is so content and quite you hardly know she is around. Haiden on the other hand is full of mischief and has a big dimpled grin that you know means pure trouble. He is more vocal and is turning into a mommas boy. Actually they both always want their mom. That is probablly the hardest part about having twins.. You want to be able to love them each at the same time but when they weigh over 20lbs it becomes alittle hard. Well if anyone out there ever has twins I must say it is amazing, hard, scarey, never boring, awesome, entertaining, tiring and the best thing that ever happened to me and my family. We are now complete. I love you my babies!!!!

Okay so who took this picture? I have a double chin in it and my twins are almost 2.. I can't use the I just had a baby(or in my case 2 babies) anymore. I think Brian needs some professional photography classes. Well these are alittle late but this is my wonderful grandma who just turned 90!! :) We each were able to get up and tell her some memories of growing up. We didn't have as many as some of our cousins because we didn't live close to her growing up. But we did have a lot of fun ones and it was funny how a lot of us had the exact same ones. It was fun to see cousins and aunts and uncles. My grandma looked so happy . WOW to live to be 90 and still do as much as she does. It is amazing to think without her and my grandpa we would not be here today raising our own families. We are so lucky to have our families. In tribute to my grandma here are some pictures of that day and of the ones I love..
