Blessings for our Sweet Isabella!!

Yesterday our sweet Isabella Jo Hall was blessed in this beautiful blessing dress my mom made for her. She is such a pretty baby and we are so lucky to have her in our lives. Traci, Jake and Davis have waited a long time for this little angel too arrive. She was sooo good yesterday hardly making a peep! All of our kids are crazy about the new baby... Its been almost 2 years since I had Hadley and Haiden and Tif had Bryton. (Landon really wants me to have another one. Sorry its not going to happen, I will just love everyone elses.) So I know she will be spoiled by all. We love you Bella and we are so glad you arrived healthy and happy!!

Cycling anyone?

This is what is going to take over my life in the next couple of weeks... No, its not me that is riding the bike.. I will stick to my eliptical when I can get off when I want and go upstairs. It's my husband that seems to roll from skiing right into cycling without hesitation.. Tuesday night ski patrol meetings will be replaced with tuesday night rides. The money is already going out of the bank account for bike races. I can't really complain though! Only about the spandex which no one looks good in!! He bikes with a bunch of good guys and he is still in good shape. But I often find myself wondering when will be my time? If ever I have a time to find something to be good at!! Oh well, if there is something I have learned after 14 years of marriage, Brian is never going to change. I just have to roll(like his prized bike(s) he has 3) with it because getting mad doesn't get me anywhere..

I need a vacation

Okay so I really need a vacation... Having kids is really fun but boy is it alot of work. Babies putting permrods in the toilet ( luckily they don't know how to flush it yet). Landon telling you we never do anything fun. He likes how I look better in a picture taken 5 years ago!! ( my skin looks smoother he said). Why don't we have a house with a basketball court in it? And the list goes on and on.... Kole cracks me up though with his never ending questions. Who's going to cut his hair when I am dead? Does he really have to go into the temple because he is not getting married or going on a mission!!! ( Landon used to say he wasn't getting married either, but now he has 2 girlfriends). I just love when being a mom just ends up being harder than when I worked at the Salon for 10 hours a day 4-5 days a week. I guess when I did that I got paid alot but now with kids I just spend alot. Anyway I was watching Oprah's the Big Give the other night.. Its kindof my new thing to do on my eliptical (which I am trying to make my new best friend). Key word TRYING!!! It just brought tears to my eyes to see how little some people have. Working 2 jobs kids not getting Christmas. One present made those kids happy.. The one school did not have playground equipment or hoops on the basketball poles. How sad... And I thought to myself I am raising BRATS. Who never go without. But think they are so picked on. Every year at Christmas we always do a christmas (my mom and sisters ) atleast 3-4 people and a family.. It always makes you feel good to know that you are helping.. But it really made me think I need to help even more.. We have sooo much and are so blessed to have a beautiful home, nice cars and especially healthy kids.. Well this is a random post but I just needed to vent I guess.. I hope everyone had an Awesome Saint Patricks Day.. Kole was so excited that his dad didn't wear green.. (He got a great big pinch)!!!!

Okay totally embarrassed but watching American Idol David Cook sang "Hello" by Lionel Richie and it took me back years... I remember listening to that song when I was 9 or so.. The boy I liked in 4th grade was moving... I was so said, I still rememeber his name. (Chad Treggar) I do like the David Cook version a lot better... The 80's had better music than I remember... I only like American Idol when it gets to this point in the competition. Not too sure if I like any of the the girls or their songs yet.. Oh well I will just have to keep watching and wishing I would have gotten some musical talent... Or any talents at all!!!
